“Salt. What is the first thing that appears in your mind when you see this word? It’s a spice, a flavour that you are friendly with. To Sam, it is a way to season life. Thus, why his named his studio +Salt Studio.”

-Meet Sam, the hairdresser and owner of Salt Studio. After spending 8 years in Singapore and a year of working holiday in New Zealand, Sam decided to set his footprint to his home country, Malaysia. Salt Studio was built single handedly by Sam himself. Overflowed with DIY ethos himself, Sam crafted most of his furniture.

- In Salt Studio, Sam celebrates collaboration by inviting different artists to blend in, which include Gen Florist by Fion Fei, Nang Leather Craft by Gayn Chern, and independent art and living crafter, Ernest Goh. This form a unique co-working space and create a counterpoint of art space and cross over of ideas.
