Before the shooting, they will show Andy their home and he will then decide the most suitable angle to carry out the shoot. Recalling one of the funniest moments during the shoot, Andy mentioned there is will always a black-out moment. This happens usually to those friends who don’t have tripod to stand their handphones.

Unlike normal Zoom calls that mostly uses front camera, Andy suggests his subjects to use the back camera. “I want them to be as natural as they can be, and not to pay too much attention on how they are going to look in the phone.”

Webcam shooting is not as easy as you think. Andy has to direct his subject by telling them through Zoom and screenshot when it hits the right angle. It is even more challenging to him when he is already used to lead his couple through real-life demonstration.

Although the outcomes are not as high-definition as professional camera, the moments are still real.
