THE CAT BOX
Since Ancient Egypt, cat has become a familiar household name. Cat Box, another project by Basic Design Workshop, is a dedication to this amazing creature.

Each wooden box is labelled with code, layered and stacked along with each other.
Quoting from the song Jellicle Cats, they said:
“We can dive through the air like a flying trapeze. We can turn double somersaults, bounce on a tire. We can run up a wall, we can swing through the trees. We can balance on bars, we can walk on a wire!”
The cat box provides such paradise for the cats.
“"Who’s there?”
Spherical doorknob gives a good grip for the cat slave.
Each wooden box is separable, according to the needs.
Peeking at his food.
Cats are the king, and we are the slave.
Doors are incorporated in the design.
Tail and Texture.
Glass louvres that enables natural air ventilation, allowing air flow to brush the cats’ fur.
Through glass, one may observe the movements of them from different angles. And of course, the cats need their majestic scenery view too!
