HOME WITH BASIC DESIGN
BASIC DESIGN WORKSHOP BATU PAHAT
In the midst of a small town, spired a gentle-crafted architecture, designed by basic design workshop and constructed by TNG construction .
Spiral staircase assembled with teak creating an invisible flow from to the rooftop.
Viewing of the staircase during the night.
Rather than using a full closure rooftop, a sloping roof skylight was used. This gives an extra connection between the nature and human being.
Sunlights showers through the roof and paints different shades of light to the bathroom.
Grey and white marble carpets the bathroom, harmonising the gentle light from sky roof.
Simple yet classy colour tone synchronises the bathroom setting.

The house was built with wooden material such as Teak, Balau, Cengal and Belian.
Less is more, and more is less. During the selection of furniture, only those are necessary were been chosen.
A large white curtain was set near the glass sliding door, functioning as a mood-splitter, separating the external and internal environment.
When the curtain was lifted, it creates an unnoticible transition between interior and exterior.
Basic Design Workshop believes human are part of the nature. One should not, and will not able to extracted himself from his mother. Hence they extends to the boundaries of architecture to outer space of the house, creating a bridge that links human spirits to the greens.

Unlike our usual houses, Basic Design Workshop leaves a spaces between the walls and functioning spaces. This prevent a direct contact of outer heat to the space.

They chose to remain the materials appearance, leaving a purest expression of nature-build construction.
